Welcome to Dough & Batter Bakehouse! The love and dedication that goes into the baked goods and dessert are more than work; it is a passion. All of our sweets & goods come from a small country, farm-to-table bakehouse outside Ridgetown, Ontario, on historic Talbot Trail. In our bakehouse, you will find one-of-a-kind freshly baked goods made first thing in the morning. Dough & Batter Bakehouse’s beautiful pastries, bread, and desserts are made from organic flour, sugars, butter, cream, free-range eggs, ethically sourced chocolate, pure extracts, and produce from our farm. We use a 15-day sourdough starter for our bread. The sourdough starter gives a creamy, nutty taste or a rich earthy flavor. All of our Pastries are flakey, buttery, and melt in your mouth, and our simple yet fluffy cakes you can enjoy without an overly sweet taste in your mouth.

Desserts, pastries, and bread aren’t the only fantastic products we have available at Dough & Batter Bakehouse. Try our artisan canned goods, floral jellies, in-season jams, confit, preserves, and honey. We make beeswax wraps, candles, aprons, bread bags, and eco-friendly cotton reusable bags.

Sit in our lovely rose garden with a cuppa and one of our delightful pastries, or enjoy one of our in-season sandwiches, quiches, or soups.
